c. Then, reload the roll paper.

If the jammed paper is not cut

a. Move the cutter to cut the paper.

b. Remove the cut piece of paper.

c. Rotate the roll paper backwards.

d. Then, reload the roll paper.

For information on how to load the roll paper, refer to Replacing/Cutting Roll Paper on page 1-12.

4. Close the roll unit cover.

5. Gently push the roll unit back into the machine all the way until it stops.
