Usage Counters

The Usage Counters page shows you the number of impressions produced and images sent by the

machine.

1. At your Workstation, open the web browser, enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the

Address bar.

2. Press Enter.

3. Click on Properties tab.

4. Click on the General Setup link.

5. Click on the Billing & Counters link.

6. Click on the Usage Counters link.

Click on the Refresh button to view the current usage in the Usage Counters area.

Enabling/Disabling USB ports

The USB ports can be enabled or disabled using CentreWare Internet services.

1. At your Workstation, open your web browser and enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the

Address bar.

2. Press Enter.

3. Click on the Properties tab. If required, enter the admin username admin and password 1111 and

click OK.

4. Click on the Connectivity link.

5. Click on the Physical Connections link.

6. Click on the USB Link.

7. Check the required box to enable a USB port or uncheck the box to disable it.

8. Click Apply to save the changes.

Printing Services

The printing services section of CentreWare Internet Services contains the settings that control the

print output including paper tray settings and reports.

Enabling or disabling banner pages

1. At your Workstation, open your web browser and enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the

Address bar.

2. Press Enter.

3. Click on the Properties tab. If required, enter the admin username admin and password 1111 and

click OK.

4. Click on the Services link.

5. Click on the Printing link.

6. Click on the Banner Pages link.
