Access Fax Terminal Setups as described on Page 5-3.

Touch the Fax Printing Options button.

Receive Reduction

With this feature enabled, the Document Centre

220/230/332/340 automatically determines the required

reduce/enlarge ratio for printing on the selected paper.

Touch the Dialing Digits

Reporting button.

Select the preferred option.

Touch Save.
