Note: Some combinations of hole punching and stapling are not compatible. If a hole punch

position overlaps with a staple position, that option is not available.

To select stapling:

1. Press the Services Home button, then touch Copy.

2. Under Copy Output, select one of the following:

• 1 Staple (Portrait)

• 1 Staple (Landscape)

3. For additional stapling options, touch More.

Note: Stapling options depend on whether you feed the paper with the long edge or short edge

entering the feeder. If the desired stapling option is unavailable, touch Paper Supply, then select

the appropriate tray and touch Save. Touch Help for details.

4. Under Staple, select one of the available options:

• 1 Staple

• 2 Staples

• 4 Staples

Note: Stapling options vary, depending on the finisher.

5. To change the orientation of the page, touch Original Orientation, and select one of the following

from the drop-down menu:

• Portrait Originals

• Landscape Originals

6. Touch Save.
